Weekend in New Orleans

Aside from the beignets, I won’t spend time talking about the food because unfortunately I cannot eat the spicy food served on every corner of this city.  Try the Streetcar for a ride through the center of town without getting tired, or wet on those hot and rainy days.

A day and nighttime visit to beignet heaven is a must as the vibe is different each time. In September it is too hot in the morning for coffee; thus the reason for a second visit at night. No need to look at the schedule as the venue is open 24hrs/day.

La Plaza de Armas – New Orleans
French Market – No need to spend more than 10 minutes here.  However, it’s an excellent meeting point for those who are visiting the city.

Something you don’t see every day.
